The Wedding Cake was a 4 layer cake with a 6 round pistachio cake on top. The second layer was red velvet cake with a strawberry. The third tier was a lemon rind cake. The bottom layer was a dark chocolate fudge with strawberry cream.The cake with the birds was a 10inch round cassata cakewith rum.
