Ventito Bakery is charged to place refunds so a minium of 2% of the total cost will be withheld from the refund. For questions email ventitobakery@yahoo.com.

Refunds: 

If the refund request is placed within a minimum of 48-hours a full refund will be issued. Approved refund requests placed after the delivery will recieve back 1/3 of their total.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
