Some people may wonder how we are able to do all the allergy free cakes that we do, including gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free and sugar-free. They may also wonder how we can make these cakes without preservatives. Quality is very important to us. We don't use cheap and processed ingredients.

Here is 6 layers of wedding cake which is hard to pick the best tasting layer.
The bottom layer. is a 14" round strawberry cream.
The second layer is red velvet 12" round,
The third layer is a lemon rind made with fresh lemons.
The forth and fifth layer is 8" round swiss chocolate.
The sixth layer is semi sweet which is a swiss chocolate and milk chocolate.
