Ventito Bakery Boston Cream Pie is a classic American pie, not cake, made with tender vanilla sponge cake and filled with silky vanilla pastry cream all topped with a glossy chocolate ganache. Ventito Bakery makes it with regular, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and sugar-free options.
