For brides and grooms that are authentic (there is nothing fake about them) why would they want a wedding cake with fake artificial colors or flavors. Here is a 3 tier wedding cake that takes it light coloring from the real fruit on each layer.
The wedding couple also wanted a Dairy-Free, Nut-Free, and Gluten-Free cake. The cake can also come in egg-free or regular. The top layer was California Meyer Lemon Rind, the middle Magagascar Vanilla, and the bottom was strawberry flavored.
The cake pictured is a 3 layer cake consisting of a 10-inch, 8-inch and 6-inch layers. The cake will feed between 100 and 120 guests. The wedding couple wanted this cake to be allergy-free to cater to the needs of themselves and the wedding party. The cake was there to accommodate their needs.
The cake has no artificial flavors or dyes. The cake was frosted with our signature line buttercream frosting that is gluten, dairy, and egg-free. We make cakes that are earthly, simple and memorable.
